Manila Shop

  1. To guarantee that we deliver goodies that are freshly-made, we need time to process your orders. Please allow a lead time of at least 3 days from placing of order to delivery date.
  2. There is  a minimum order requirement of Php 750.00 for deliveries; no minimum order requirement for store pick-ups.
  3. Our delivery service is available from 10 am to 8 pm daily. Deliveries are within Metro Manila only.
  4. A standard delivery fee of Php 100.00 will apply for all deliveries.  However, you can also choose to pick-up for free in our stores. Kindly please indicate the store where you will pick-up the product at the ‘Special Order Notes’ and bring your proof of payment (PayPal, website confirmation, or bank deposit slip).
  5. All prices are inclusive of 12% VAT.
  6. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  7. Payment can be made  via PayPal or direct deposit to our bank accounts.

  3. There is a minimum order requirement of SGD 60. Should you wish to order a smaller quantity, you may inquire but this will be subject to stock availability.
  4. You can pick-up your order in Braddell or Toa Payoh MRT station. Kindly indicate the time preferred and station where you will pick-up the product at the ‘Special Order Notes’ and bring your proof of payment (PayPal, website confirmation, or bank deposit slip).
  5. Should you wish to have your order delivered, we can arrange for it with additional charges.

How do I add items to my cart?

Simply click on the item you wish to purchase. Select the package you prefer. Select the quantity you wish to purchase. Then click on “Add To Cart”. You will be brought to your “Shopping Cart” page where you will find a summary of the item or items you have selected. You may at this point add more items or complete your transaction.

How do I remove items from my cart?

Click on the “Shopping Cart” icon in the main navigation of the site. This will allow you to view the item or items in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “X” icon to the left of the item description and then click “Update Cart” in the lower-right corner to show the updated Shopping Cart.

How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

Once you have finished adding items, selecting the package, choosing the quantity of your purchase, and clicking the “Add to Cart” button, you can click on the “Shopping Cart” icon which will transfer you to the “Shopping Cart” page with the summary of the items you have added to your cart.

How do I place my order?

Once you have selected all the items you need, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

From the Checkout Page, you will be asked to either “Login” (for returning customers) or create a new account (for new customers). After completing the form, select your payment option, accept the “Terms & Conditions” and click on the “Place Order” button. You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

How will I know that you have received my order?

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order, your billing address, and the items that will be sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order.

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard & Visa) through the secured servers of PayPal. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available without any hidden charges or fees.
